A: No, all rides must be booked through the platform.
Q: Can I pay with cash for my ride?
A: No, rides cannot be paid for with cash.
Q: What vehicles are used for the service?
A: Specific makes and models will vary, but all vehicles hold fewer than 8 passengers and all riders must be seated in the vehicle and wear a seatbelt. All vehicles meet the equipment standards required of private motor vehicles under Section 12-101 et seq. of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
Q: Do I have to pay more for my ride if I have a disability that needs to be accommodated (e.g., wheelchair)?
A: No, all riders will pay the same fare to ride.
